A lot of times the complainant are very eager to file complaint but when they are contacted by the Company trying to recover some device or some samples then they stop responding, I think because of that reason, if you document “we called, we have emailed and we have mailed and we have not received any response” . I think that should be enough in a good phase in a reasonable matter.
